There's a caveat. though, if your blog is less than 90 days old, or has a non active period of a month, you won't be able to be included in the marketplace, BUT you may be able to participate through the payperpost direct even without fulfilling the above requirements. That's not really a biggie though, because you can try if blog your blog gets qualified for the marketplace again after you have fulfilled all those requirements!

Updated marketplace requirements (7/7/2008): Blogs must be live for a minimum of thirty (30) days, counted from the date of the blog’s first post, with at least ten (10) pre-existing posts written in the 30 days prior to registration with the PayPerPost Marketplace.
